Polaris Travels was founded in 1995 as a part of the Polaris Group with ISO 9001:2000 quality certification by Lloyds Register.
We are placed in Szczecin (close to the German border) in Poland and have since 1996 been an accredited agent of IATA (International Air Transport Association) which represents some 230 airlines comprising 93% of the scheduled international air traffic.
Polaris Travels is also a member of the West Pomeranian Chamber of Tourism ZIT. We have a permit of Western Provincial Office No. Z-003/02 and we are listed in Central Register of Permissions with License No. 03834.
We use reservation system AMADEUS with access to all published IATA fares as well as the special fares, seasonal and promotions of individual carriers allowing us to book even the last free seat onboard.
To improve customer service, we have introduced the latest booking system - Amadeus Vista Platform. This new type of solution to the Front Office will ensure greater efficiency and, above all, reduce the waiting time.
We are a long time client of the airline companies with whom we have special agreements about prices so that we always are ahead of our fellow travel agents in the world.

Still under the same ownership and legal status, our professional and well-experienced team will remain at your full disposal, while the brand LCC added to our local, well-known company name will from hereon flag our corporate identity and complete the range of services offered to you, our customer. You will see our new logo and branding in any documentation or advertisement issued from our office.
